The Community Action Ministry will again be collecting food for distribution at Thanksgiving. Look for bags with lists of specified canned and packaged foods in the Narthex on November 1st. Please return full bags by Sunday November 15th. We will also accept donations of money to help purchase the turkeys and fresh foods that also go into the bags. Look for envelopes in the Narthex, or write “Food Baskets” on your check and place it in the offering plate. “Free” turkeys you may have earned at the supermarket may also be donated. Contact Linda Lorino at 610-325-9919 if you have a turkey to donate. Sav-A-Lot in Brookhaven again donated the reusable bags for our food collection.
