Music Camp

Music Camp

About the Camp
Our new summer music camp is designed for children who will complete grades 3-7 at the end of the 2015-2016 school year. Students who have completed grades 9-12 can apply to be one of our camp counselors.

Through our week-long camp, students will work with our camp staff to learn a musical that tells a bible story through song, story and dance. The students will help to construct the dialogue and shape the show together. They will be able to participate in other parts of the shows construction and preparation, such as designing the set and selecting costumes.

There are no auditions, all skills and interest levels are welcome to be a part of this camp.

The week will conclude with a performance for family and friends in the evening of the final day of camp.

All are welcome to participate in this camp!

2016 Show: Prodigal
Based on the parable of the prodigal son, found in the gospel of Luke (Luke 15:11-32), our show, Prodigal, will follow the story of the son who leaves home to find adventure and fulfillment. When he ends up broke and depressed he fearfully returns home to beg for his father’s mercy. The welcome he finds there sends a profound message of love and acceptance.
