We are embarking on a journey to strengthen our congregational vitality. Vital congregations are communities of faith where there are life-changing relationships with God, one another, and the world.
Our Vitality Team members, Sue Bianco, Keith Bocian, Marilyn Gilroy, John Pritchard, and Jennifer Troutman, will work on this “Vitality Project” with support from ELCA resources over the course of the next two years.
The first and foundational step in this process is an assessment of current congregational vitality. Please help us with this process by completing the Congregational Vitality Survey. This survey is part of a larger ELCA study. The Social Research lab at the U. of Northern Colorado is collecting and analyzing the data with the utmost data security.
The results of this survey will help our Vitality Team identify areas in which we can further grow in our congregational vitality.
