Confirmation Forms
6 of these are required per year – at least 3 must be completed as a family. A print version is also available at church and can be returned to Pastor Eileen’s mailbox in the church office.
Each student is expected to complete four service projects each year – one in each category: Faith, Family, Church, and Community.
