As the Christmas season fast approaches, our office volunteers are getting quite a workout with extra bulletins, newsletters and mailings. Although their hard work is enjoyed by all, their efforts go largely unnoticed, so now is a great time to recognize the dedication and work done by these wonderful volunteers. Joanne Horton, Mary Shook, Marilyn Christine, Margery Fritsche and Ginny Winderman (pictured left to right) gather in the office every Wednesday morning to assemble the bulletins, once a month to prepare the newsletter for mailing, and as needed for mailings. Additionally, Margery comes in every Tuesday to cover the desk during staff meetings and work on special projects ranging from cutting ribbons for our All Saints display to packaging dog biscuits for the Blessing of the Animals.
