Meet The Staff

Reformation Nursery School

Our highly professional staff has more than 65 combined years of teaching experience.  Through our partnership with DCECEA, we attend various workshops on Early Childhood Education annually.  All teachers have mandatory background clearances (PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal, and FBI Criminal).   In addition, we are all certified in First Aid and CPR (certification renewed every 2 years.)

    Marge Schaefer, Director

MargeSchaeferMarge has been a teacher at Reformation Nursery School since 2000 and became Director in 2012. She has a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in education.  She also holds PA certifications in early childhood, elementary education and reading. In addition to her Director duties, she will be teaching the 3 Day Nursery program.

Amy Bevan, Teacher

AmyBevanAmy has been a teacher at Reformation Nursery School since 2013. She has a bachelor’s degree in elementary education, 6 years of teaching experience prior to joining our staff, and holds a PA certification in elementary education. She will be teaching the 2 Day Early Start and 3 Day Pre-K programs.  She will also be running the After K program.

Jean Clarke, Teacher

JeanClarkeJean has been a teacher at Reformation Nursery School since 1990. She has an associate’s degree in early childhood education.  She will be teaching the 3/5 Day Pre-K program.  Jean is in charge of the Extended Day Lunch program, which includes Scheduling and Finance duties.

Kate Kelley, Teacher

Kate KelleyKate has been a teacher at Reformation Nursery School since 2014.  She has a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and 9 years of teaching experience prior to joining our staff. She will be teaching  the 2 Day Nursery and 3 Day Nursery programs.

Erin Steffan, Teacher

ErinSteffanErin has been a teacher at Reformation Nursery School since 2013.   She has a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and 6 years of teaching experience prior to joining our staff. She will be teaching the 2 Day Nursery and 3 Day Pre-K programs.  She will also be running the After K program.

Amy Taimanglo, Teacher

Amy TaimangloAmy has been a teacher at Nursery School since 2015. Amy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations with a post bachelors teaching certificate in Elementary Education.  She is certified K-6.  Amy most recently worked as a substitute teacher for Substitute Teaching Service before joining our staff.  She will be teaching 3 days per week in the 3/5 Day Pre-K program.

        Jessica Hall, Classroom Assistant

DSCN6635Jessica is new to our staff  in 2016. She will be working as a classroom assistant in the 3/5 Pre-K program and will be working the Extended Lunch Day program  4 days per week.  She will also serve as a substitute teacher, when needed.

            Meghan Martelli, Classroom Assistant

image1Meghan joined our staff in 2015.  She will be working as a classroom assistant in the 2 Day Early Start and 2 Day Nursery  programs.  In addition, she will continue to work as a classroom assistant in the After K program 1 day per week.  She will also serve as a substitute teacher, when needed.

                     Michele McQuade, Classroom Assistant

Michele McQuadeMichele joined our staff in 2015. She will be working as a classroom assistant in the 2 Day Early Start program and the 3 Day Nursery program.  She will also be working the Extended Lunch Day program  3 days per week.
