Are You Part of the 78%?
According to Business Insider, 78% of the U.S. population 15 years old and older has purchased something online. One of the most popular online retail stores is Amazon.com. While Reformation neither encourages nor discourages the use of Amazon.com for shopping, we want members who do use Amazon.com for shopping to know that a portion of those purchases can benefit Reformation through the AmazonSmile program. This is a program through which Amazon allows a portion of purchases to be donated to charitable organizations.
Reformation is now registered to participate in the program. If you choose to use it, here is how it works:
1. Log into https://smile.amazon.com/ using your Amazon account information.
2. When selecting your charitable organization, look for “Reformation Lutheran Church” with the location of “Media, PA”.
3. Once selected, Reformation will be saved as your charitable organization.
4. When you make purchases on smile.amazon.com, 0.5% of the price of eligible purchases will be donated to Reformation.
