One of four siblings, I grew up in Delaware County and trained as a Civil Engineer with a focus in sustainable community development. I’ve worked in private industry, academia and government for 30 years. After joining the US Peace Corps as a young woman, I became fascinated with interfaith community building and was active in several churches in the Philadelphia region and with Interfaith Philadelphia. Most recently, I felt a call to combine my active church life with my vocation and am currently completing seminary studies at United Lutheran Seminary in Philadelphia in the hopes of becoming a Deacon in the ELCA. I am married with one daughter and have a cute Cockapoo named Skittles. Our family enjoys travel, entertaining friends and neighbors, nature, museums, music, art…you name it.
