We will be having the Heeding God’s Call T shirt display again this year from Sat., Sept. 10 until Sat., Sept. 24.
We will need many hands to help set up on Saturday morning, September 10 at 9 am and again on FRIDAY Sept. 23 to take it down. Shirts will need to be taken and washed, and then returned on Saturday, Sept. 24, when all shirts and display equipment will be returned to Heeding God’s Call.
In addition, we will need people to stop by several times during the display to make sure that the display is still in good condition (enough handouts, t shirts secured to poles, poles still upright.) Supplies and further directions will be in a bin outside the church entrance. You may come any time during the day, at your convenience to do this.
Please look over the sign up to help when your schedule allows. Our greatest need is the day of set up on September 10, 9 am.
